Advance Digitizing provides embroidery digitizing, vector art, and custom patch services. We prepare digital files and designs based on the details, artwork, and instructions provided by the client.

Quotes and Pricing

Project pricing depends on the service type, design detail, size, quantity, and required work. We provide quotes before starting the project.

A quote may change if the client adds new requirements, changes the design, or requests extra work.

Client Responsibilities

The client must provide clear project details, correct files, required size, and any special instructions before work starts.

The client is responsible for making sure they have the right to use any logo, artwork, image, or design sent to us.

File Submission

Clients can send logos, images, artwork, or design files for their project. Low quality files may affect the final result, but we will guide the client if better files are needed.

Turnaround Time

Delivery time depends on the project type and design complexity. Most projects are completed within the agreed timeline, but delays may happen if extra details, revisions, or client approval are required.

Revisions

We offer reasonable revisions for changes related to the original project request. Major changes, new design directions, or extra work may require additional charges.

Payments

Payment terms will be shared before starting the project. Work may begin after payment confirmation or as agreed between Advance Digitizing and the client.

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed once work has started or files have been delivered. If there is an issue with the file, we will try to fix it through revisions.

File Delivery

Final files will be delivered through email or another agreed method. The client is responsible for downloading and checking the files after delivery.

Uploaded Designs and Copyright

The client keeps ownership of their original logo, artwork, and design files. Advance Digitizing does not claim ownership of client designs.

The client must make sure the submitted artwork does not violate any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.

Use of Work Samples

We may display completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless the client requests privacy before the project starts.

Limitation of Liability

Advance Digitizing is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect client instructions, wrong file use, production machine issues, fabric problems, or third-party printing/embroidery errors.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, upload harmful files, or attempt to damage our website, forms, or systems.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Services when needed. Any changes will be posted on this page.
